To manifest positivity and happiness in your life, you must declare it so. You must believe that what you are saying is true and follow with positive actions that cater to your needs to help you achieve it. It is important to note that not all positive affirmations are to be shared. I encourage you to say your daily declarations with yourself to minimize distraction.
How to create a positive affirmation?
- Start with words that are positive and declare you are something.
- Make sure you use the present tense to word the affirmations.
- Always be positive. Never tear yourself down.
- Be short and concise with your wording.
- Always include an action
- Include feeling words.
Remember when creating your positive affirmations that you are to be self-empowering to uplift and inspire yourself. This will help raise your emotional state and self-esteem.
